The new program now includes among the eligible energy modifications the thermal insulation of walls & pillars, the thermal insulation of terraces/roofs, replacement of frames/shading/ventilation systems, renovation of heating/cooling systems, installation of domestic hot water systems, installation of energy management devices (smart home) and lighting upgrade.
The subsidy can generally reach up to 75% of the eligible intervention budget with a maximum of €28,000 per detached house or apartment. The general conditions for a residence to be included in the program are:

To exist legally
That it has not been deemed demolishable
To be used as a main residence
To have been classified on the basis of the 1st Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), i.e. before the implementation of the interventions, in a category lower than or equal to C.
