RETURN POLICY

You can easily return products you have purchased from slamkas.gr either because you found a problem with the product or due to a change of mind.

Return conditions

. Defective product: We carry out all the necessary checks before sending each order. However, in case of a problem the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. In case of product return and provided that it is confirmed after the technical inspection that the defect is not due to misuse, the product will be replaced with a new one if available or other of the same or superior technical characteristics after consultation with the customer. It is at the discretion of the company to return the money to the customer in cases where there is no availability, or the product has been sold at a special price, or is of older technology. The refund to the customer will be made by canceling the debit of the credit card or refund by deposit in a bank account or by refunding the corresponding amount to a Paypal account. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by slamkas.gr.

Ρωση Cancellation of an order after receiving it due to a change of opinion: The consumer can return a product he has bought directly from slamkas.gr simply due to a change of opinion under the following terms and conditions:
Returns must be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.
The returned product should not have been used, should be in excellent condition as just before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, which should not have tears or damage / deterioration) and with all the contents of the original packaging (instructions for use, specifications and warranties, connection cables, installation software, etc.).
In order for a return to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are printed on the purchase document. If the purchase was made by credit card, the original of the receipt issued by the bank terminal must be displayed.
In this case, all shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

If the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to either receive a credit balance of equal value for the purchase of another product (s) or to repay the price in the same way as the order was paid. In case the purchase was made with a credit, debit or prepaid card, the transaction will be canceled and the card will be updated (credit) and not returned in cash. In case of repeated returns or in case slamkas.gr, in its absolute discretion, considers that the consumer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, he has the right to reject the request for return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.

Ways to Return

We receive the product to be returned from your place with a charge according to the official price list of the courier, if it is a cancellation of an order due to a change of opinion, and free of charge, if it is a re-shipment of an order due to a defect.
